Lora To Angorra Poem by John Carter Brown

Lora To Angorra

Rating: 5.0

There was a young lady named Lora
Who went on a trip to Angorra,
But since she went away
I've been sad every day,
She's my number one fan
So I'll do all I can
To dissuade her from being an explorer.

You tempted me, John, so here goes: I'm the Lora that likes to roam, The one you mentioned in your poem, When I fight the urge to travel That's when I become unraveled, For my life is as boring as a metronome
