Los Angeles Poem by Ana Burnhep

Los Angeles

Rating: 4.0

This untrusting city
Bleeds in Oil
On the concrete

That is all that there is

Too cold to be content
Too busy to pay attention
To those who are broken

It will cut you open
Without turning back
Then press salt into the wounds
