the sun doesnt seem so bright
and the skies not all that blue
nothing can bring a smile to my face
...not sense i lost you

not even the fresh cut grass
or the smell after it rains
could bring me out of this depression
could get rid of all this pain

a piece seems to be missing
broken off from my heart
the sudden loss of you
has torn my world apart

sitting in the dark
holding back my tears
but you arnt there
to take away my fears

to calm me down when i am mad
or help me after a bad day
its a nightmare that keeps replaying
and i just want it to go away
