Lost Poem by Julie Shirley

Lost

Rating: 5.0

Kiss my lips
And touch my skin,
Into the darkness
Where lies my sin,
Bring out passion deep within,
Forgetting all my sorrows
And mourning.

Invoke my adrenaline
And draw me near,
Embrace me tight
Without a tear,
Without a fear
You'll be gone tomorrow.

Tonight has past,
My soul has gone,
Lost in the thick darkness
of the chilly night.

I dry my tears
And hold my knees,
Claiming back the long lost smile,
Back on to my face
At early dawn.
