Lost Souls Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Lost Souls

Hearts of loneliness stride around the room looking for
hearts of emptiness to confide in.
Searching lifetimes together, asking and answering
hundreds of questions, trying to bring together two souls
lost on life's journey.
Finding similarities and differences in each other's news, latching onto them with hopes that maybe two hearts can be finally filled with togetherness.

I like it! Unfortunately, it's not easy. Should be, most are to self-absorbed, but I digress.
