Despair, loss, rejection and betrayal,
abuse, hurt, fear and pain,
the ripping, tearing and shattering,
the agony, shearing pain,
that cripples and debilitates,
crying and screaming,
too much to bear,
the heart bleeds.

Quietness, honesty, comfort and truth,
calm, faith, hope and peace,
trust, closeness and friendship,
its there it overcomes,
pain ceases, scars heal,
beautiful and awesome,
unimagineable,
