Love is the one
Thing in life
That can bring
You joy or grief
When your with
That one person
Who makes you forget
All the troubles
In your life
But like all things
It can change or end
With one small choice
You act like nothing's wrong
Eventually you must voice
Your in the hope of being wrong
But their answer puts your heart in a vice
Of heartbreak and hopelessness
The only you
Feel like doing
Is sit and mope
Yet you should rejoice
For, once again, you have a voice
And can be with
Who you want to be with
So rejoice for love can be recovered
