When it rained, our love was
A garden blossoming
They were green in envy of us
How they cost us a hefty levy
For a love that was in reign
Is now in ruin.
How could we not shut them out
Allowing them to have a say in our affairs
If only we never listened
To what they spoke
As they were poking our love
We have to shut them out
Let them know love is for two
A third only if it's a product of that love.
