Love Me Love Me, Leave Me Leave Me Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Love Me Love Me, Leave Me Leave Me

Rating: 5.0

Soaked Kisses, now dried,
Sit upon my lips,
I could see you in other ways,
But Other thoughts don't compare,
Doubt, Fills the air I breathe,
A sudden sense of fear,
Lost in the atmosphere of where you last stood,
A sublimenal weight that refuses to move,
No matter how hard I push, pull,
What are the words,
Is this really what fate has in store,
Another couldn't fill the space you've left behind,
This endless void of feel thats grown tasteless,
Where are you now,
Have you burried your treasure elsewhere,
Lie to me, comfort me,
With those eyes,
Those big brown, tight eyes,
How they stared as you became my favorite photograph,
What are my hands to do now,
They were made for more than to rest by my side,
In a swaying motion, searching,
Which direction does my heart begin to beat,
In this world, of all things,
All I want is you,

Without that special someone, we are lost. Loveless solitude a punishment for most, As so well expressed in this far reaching and melancholic poem

When you truly love someone it's hard to imagine life without them. A great poem.
