I’ve seen a lot of things, felt a lot of feelings,
But the moment I saw you face
My heart jumped to the ceiling,
Love had no meaning to me before then,
Now, I can write a book explaining it because when,
You came in to my life you gave me a lot more then just friendship,
A insight to a new life, tickets on a new trip,
Me and you……It don’t get no better,
I’m here for you in the sunny and stormy weather,
Time moves slower the more you are on my mind,
You helped a hustler get back on his grind,
And we’re just starting out, nowhere close to the back nine,
Your 2 steps about beautiful and 12 steps above fine,
If only I could find the right words to express,
The way I feel when I hold you close to my chest,
Remember all the fun we had over your place,
Emotions went up and down but I still wouldn’t fill that space,
What about the first day we met,
We talked like common friends, that’s where my love first came in set,
Looking in your eyes traps me in a different world,
While I move your hair out you face, thinking “she’s MY girl, ”
You showed me love at first sight,
I KNOW I love you, not I think or I might! ! !
