Oh what a lovely piece. I especially enjoyed the second verse, but the entire poem is beautiful and inspiring. I love the visual of ink running through veins and also the line for what is boundless must not stain.
Love seems almost a mix of magic and science as you depict it. Beautifully done. (Report) Reply

Loved this piece. The last stanza is so musical. the flow of the whole poem is superb and reaches the peak in the last stanza. the imagery is outstanding and words carry the message brilliantly.

I like the concept of all that inky sin pumping out of our veins and spilling around the stars- diabolically imaginative! (Report) Reply

a free poem that talks about the free love that can't be held tight in the name of ring and chain...the concept is very controversial to me..but people who are in this position can be motivated to start a new life in the name of love! Nice poem! (Report) Reply

Go from me, summer friends, and tarry not:
I am no summer friend, but wintry cold,
A silly sheep benighted from the fold,
A sluggard with a thorn-choked garden plot.
