Love Sonnet 114: 'I Waited In My Dream For You To Come, Poem by Reyvrex Questor Reyes

Love Sonnet 114: 'I Waited In My Dream For You To Come,

I waited in my dream for you to come,
The usual place, before the day would break
In hopes to see your face abate the glum,
As night discards its shades to grow so weak;
The dawn will steal away the shadows, dark,
That seal my sleep with unsung lullabies,
Inducing dreams of you in silence, stark,
For in the daylight the stiff stillness dies;
Yet wistfulness becomes my very day,
To change reality with make believe,
But truth, at times, seems ill at ease to stay,
And all with wild imaginings relieve;
.....What is to come oft fascinates my mind,
.....As hope and mystery are there to find.
