Love Without Its Beauty & Purity Poem by Gautam Sen

Love Without Its Beauty & Purity

Rating: 5.0

Love is an inherent beauty
It’s placed deep inside a heart –
It’s so precious and tender,
It’s too delicate to render
Else one could get easily hurt.

Misuse of it is not very rare -
For those who always think them smart,
Playing with love is nev’r unfair
For them, they don’t bother to care,
For those poor fellows love isn’t art.

Apparels as do they oft’n change –
Different colours and different range,
Love and bluff go hands in glove.
Life they lead for them is a revenge –
Betrayal of a kind really so strange.

Game will be ov’r, as the time rolls on,
One day when God will serve summon,
Beauty of love will remain untouched.
As they did use love as a toy,
Purity of love they failed to deploy.
