Luna's Light (Constanza) Poem by Connie Marcum Wong

Luna's Light (Constanza)

A cobalt sky with stars so bright
Like dancing diamonds in array
Scattered across the Milky Way.

And Luna with her silver light
Caresses every hill and tree
And sprinkles lights across the sea.

Engaged with clouds in misted sight
As she shares her equinox sky,
Enchanted clouds soon drift on by

Spreading shadows with glowing light.
A couple strolls nearby the sea,
Lovers in silent reverie.

A peaceful calm is here tonight...
A floral scent so sweet and fair
Denotes that spring is in the air,

And all is good and all is right.
With grateful hearts they share their love
While gazing at the stars above.

A cobalt sky with stars so bright
And Luna with her silver light
Engaged with clouds in misted sight
Spreading shadows with glowing light.
A peaceful calm is here tonight...
And all is good and all is right.
