It's just after dark
Lights won't turn on
Shadows are everywhere
Where are you?
I thought you would save me
You said you'd protect me
So where are you?
The darkness is growing darker
The shadows are fighting
Each wants to get to me first
They start striking
Where are you?
You said you'd be here!
The shadows are getting closer
Help me! Please, just help me!
They are attacking my feet
Pulling me down with them
Any further and I'll become one
A shadow, a lurking darkness
Why didn't you save me?
It doesn't matter, I'm gone now.
Soon my voice will change
A gravely sound I'm so afraid of
A voice not exactly mine
Whispering things I'll never admit
'I'm coming for you! '
