Silence of the stars;
Amidst floating clouds,
I dream of light,
On a sugary night.
You said you love me
And made me cry;
Beauty of the moon,
Lit up the sky.
The sighs and moans,
Of winds and trees;
The smoke that wafts,
Softly in the breeze.
The cool steel grey
Of the placid lake;
A haunting tune,
For love’s own sake.
Misty eyes;
And half a moon,
A magic touch;
That makes me swoon.
The autumn leaves;
And wintry fogs,
Cool summer breeze,
And big wet logs.
Touch-me-nots;
And kiss me soft,
Now begin,
Till the sun is naught.
