8-year-old maddie
was stabbed to death
by a 14-year-old boy
who she thought
was her play mate

it was in
jackson ville, florida in 1998
a beautifull girl
who've lost her faith

joshua phillips
hid her under his bed
it's been 3 days
since she was missing
an foul odor made his room smell

his mother decieded
to search his room
and found the body under his bed
a tiny soul who loved to play

she was an itelligent playfull girl
who loved to try new things
and that's who you took
out of this crazy world

joshua phillips
was sentenced to life in prison
but if you ask me
he should be sentenced to die
