Magical Night Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Magical Night

Rating: 5.0

Once upon a time
in a warm, damp
November darkness,
when the sky was
sultry with stars,
and peace drifted
through lonely streets,
she walked with Bacchus,
silently, revelling in thought,
intoxicated
by the magic of the night.
