I know that you are a magician.
But not the one with a top hat and cards.
No, you used your powers to make me think,
That without you in my life, I’d be so weak.

I have to admit, being with you was nice.
You were my first love, my heart felt so safe with you, until you froze it to ice.
I never thought you would let me down,
But I’m still looking for some pieces of my heart, that are still yet to be found.

I know that I broke up with you.
It was a mistake, I still loved you (or so i thought)
But why did you have to go out with one of my close friends,
A week after we en-ended.

So stop using your lies and tricks to make you look almost innocent.
I ain’t falling for them or you anymore.
I fell head over heals; you caught me, you dropped me, now you dont care.
If you are so desperate for love, why do you cheat on all your girlfriends?
(They’ll know eventually) I’m just wondering, will it ever end?

But I’m starting to believe, I’m almost able to see,
That this is just the beginning of my life.
I get to roll the life dice a few more times
There’s gonna be a few more stand-ups, a few more lies, and a few.more.magicians...
But there’s gonna be a few more smiles, a few more kisses in the rain, a few more chances to start again

So stop trying to fake me out with all your magic tricks,
Because I know them all by my broken heart.
So stop saying that I hurt you more, cause I don’t really care.
I broke you once, but you broke me 5 times.
..I hope you find someone that you really love, someone who you can be yourself around, and who believes in you.
I wish, that you wished meee the same.
