Maitreya Poem by Hopeless Heart

I don't feel so alone
Now that I know you're here,
Looking over my shoulder
Giving me nothing to fear

You're always been there
I just never knew,
It changes everything,
They way I feel, the things I do

You're my guardian angel
Come to me from above,
I feel so safe now
And yet, i'm not in love

You are amazing and very special,
You're never judgemental,
Always give me straight answers,
And every word is so gentle

You're here to help me
With the wisdom beyond the ages,
I'm meant for something big
Maybe it's what I write on these pages

I don't have to figure it out now
She told me it would take time,
I'll carry on doing what I do
But always look to see what i'll find

We'll do it together
Me and you, Maitreya,
We'll find the right path
With no need for prayers.
