Man Who Sell God Poem by Lakshmi Karat

Man Who Sell God

Rating: 5.0

It was a moonlit night...
He was there with some idols,
He said to all..Come.. God for Sale!
He was selling God to them..
Nobody noticed what he said.
The idols were beautifully carved.
I wondered if he see that God,
Or is he just telling some ad.
Can we buy God?
Can he sell God!
I'am perplexed...Oh God.
I started my journey to reach God.
He is the end of all confusions.
He is the destination of life..
Well how come he shared..
That beautiful idea with me!
Yes..He sold God!
