Manage
Manage, managed and manager,
If all this is done with good intentions,
Without causing imperfections,
To the man.
He who manages people,
Needs to be empathetic,
Needs not to be sarcastic,
And needs to be sympathetic.
And management needs to know,
That creativity grows,
When leaving the man alone,
For a while.
Corporations,
Businesses,
Stores and homes,
Are to be gently managed.
