Mandela, A Messiah Poem by Ambrosia Ambrosia

Mandela, A Messiah

A brightest star in the Black’s galaxy
Born to brighten the life of millions in dark
Guns, bars nothing could diminish the shine

Absorbing the centuries of sufferings finally
A massive igneous rock erupted in between
So called white and black like a messiah

Believing in love and peace for all
Lived half of the life in deadly cells
Proved the strength of nonviolent protest

All the cruel efforts of rulers fall short
In front of your tall personality
Just two hands washed away the
Tears of millions, no less than a magic

Only truth prevails, all are equal in Almighty’s
Beautiful world created for HIS children
No one dare to ruin its beauty further

Often HE gently passes a message thro’ You,
Gandhi, ML King…...that everyone has right to live here
With equal share, so live and let live.

Great tribute to a great man. True men like him are rare. They embrace the suffering of millions even though suffering endured by them are most cruel. Beautiful poem.
