Life after cancer
Made me ponder
How I ought to treasure
The quality of life
Though with one remaining, healthy breast now
Realized I must do my best
For God has opened a door for me
Yes, I am alive and feel blessed
I am not sad at all, lucky me
Thank you God for being
my Savior
Now's my chance to endeavour
Thank you God for my new lease of life
I pray to be a loving wife and to
Gain respect from my husband and daughters
I aim to be an understanding, kind mother
For time is so very precious
Yet I needn't be anxious
Family ties so great and caring
'Tis my hope to keep on loving
Life and family and
to be happy
Realized I
Ought to keep on fighting and be fit
physically
Surprisingly, there are many things to
live for now than before

Thank you God for the beautiful rainbow
in the sky after rain
I learn that there's sunshine after
pain
