Maybe Someday... Poem by Lushan Massri

Maybe Someday...

Rating: 5.0

Maybe someday I'll love you again,
Then maybe I won't...

My laughs and my smiles. My frowns and my tears...
I keep them hidden.

Maybe someday I'll show them again
Then maybe I won't...

I don't speak your name... in fear of the powerful grief that grips my fragile heart...

I've been through so much... you put me through more...

Maybe someday we will meet again...
Then... maybe... we won't...

Love is always confusing and conflicting, especially in teen age. But keep on writing. It will give you more and more clarity about life and love. You have good probabilities of poetry. Best Wishes Naseer
