Me Man Poem by Chandramouli C S

Me Man

Rating: 2.8

Crawling my life, Harmless offcourse
Stale to death sleepless remorse

In my regular blues I wake up
To hear the death callout
Clueless of the Omen, You know what?
I am lost in the Traffic of the “Thar”

There I am in joy, future unknown
Thinking life eternal defying the cornerstone
With everything coming my way
Lucky I am, “Am I lucky thought the Me man”
There I fumble clueless of the Omen, You know what?

Wake up from the dreams to see the ogre,
Lost for words I call “Monster, Monster”
Now I see the cloud of dust raising high,
Revving engines planate all the landscape
The green is gone, all I see is sand
Ogre nibbling the “Me Man”

Me Man, Me Man call a feeble voice
To see the rising of pious parasite
I am frozen in the desert sand

Clueless of the Omen, You know what?
The Me man goes on…………………….
