She's lying close beside me
With her hand in mine
There are no sounds at all
As we are lost in time

She moves her head to kiss me
Our lips meet in the dark
I know that very soon
On loving we will embark

I wrap my arms around her
Hold her close to my chest
When I hold her in my arms
I know I'm holding the best

Making love is beautiful
That, there is no doubt
Being in love is meaningful
That's what love should be about
