Meeting You Poem by Mohini Gurav

Meeting You

We met at the Cafeteria
Wanted to discuss on many areas.
The cloudy mystic evening
And the cool breeze kept us mingling.

We looked into each other’s eyes
and forgot the words to be mentioned
We really needed a bit of advise
Don’t know why we were nervous with tension.

We spoke about our daily routine
But couldn’t speak what was within.
Suddenly poured down the torrential rains.
Added to the atmosphere more romance again.

We said goodbye even though the hearts didn’t comply
Meeting you again will always be a great joy.
Next time surely I will speak my mind
And hope in beautiful relation we will bind.
