Memories Poem by Tango

Memories

The sun is shining, and the sky is blue,
not a day goes by, when I dont think of you.
I remember yor sparkling eys, and smiling face,
even now my pulse begins to race.
Days spent holding hands, passing time,
eating exotic foofs, and drinking wine.
Nights lying in each others arms, in a state of bliss,
awakening to a loving kiss.

Then you went to a far off land,
so all my dreams turned to sand.
Now that we are so many miles apart,
all that I have left, are memories, and an aching heart.

Tango.
