Memories Ii Poem by Cyclopseven R

Memories Ii

Yesteryears' stroll
slowly begins to roll
into my memories of old
chatting many things
which were forgotten during burial ceremony.

Beneath the layers of thoughts
the burial of conscience hardly kills the experience
as wonders keep wander into the peel of everyday live
and into the past the shine and whine of life takes me gradually.

I am there where I am left by nature
breathing the conscience that both kills and caresses
like a wounded cougar the mind rushes speedily
fighting against all odds to run and hide from it
but the past seems to be a shadow that cease awhile
to come back strongly during the splendor of shine.

Cascading ripples of agony and pleasure
piles upon one another through a journey from my birth
until it renders a story strange without a proper theme
nor a plot strongly imprinted in me
a story randomly told by the creator from somewhere
to keep me in anticipation
while my yawn takes me away temporally.

Memories, yes memories durable
lasting longer than forgetfulness
just a link to be connected
the entire streams of experience shall flow
in tremendous gush wailing ahead my future
and wait there to deceive and to love me.

Memories rooted within and within the mind
remains steadily rooted till I return again
to my own sense of existence.
