Memories in the making

It seems like time is running out
And now our memories together i begin to count
For i know soon the time will come for us to part
To leave it seems a must
But to leave you i just can't
Because you will be in my heart
Where you will have left on of you a part
If i have any regrets it would be
Taking too long to getting to know you
For knowing you has made my life better
The moments spent together though they may seem few
I'll keep them as a great treasure
Memories in the making, me and you
I can still see the little girl inside
Behind the curtains of your soul
Afraid to let people in, so around you
Is a shed of fearful bravery
In your eyes i could see what you feared
And hoped just one day you will learn
To trust me and i hope that that day
Should finally come your way
So what i have left with is only memories in the making
