Mental Incarceration

Mental Incarceration

Being psychologically in jail
Is worse than being in hell
You have no appetite, you cannot fall asleep
You are surrounded by zombies; that's deep
You cannot run, you cannot flee your demons
You cannot physically escape the pokémons
You are drowning in your own blood
It is not raining, yet there is a flood
You are a persona non grata
The whole country is mad at your saga
You are in trouble, you have nowhere to go
You are done; you have hit your low
You cannot hide; you are deceived by your eyes
You cannot walk away from your conscience
You are trapped and you have no confidence
In yourself, and if you venture outside, the flies
Will follow you and the children will throw pies
On your face, because you executed one of them
You are doomed, done and damned
No one will believe your tears and your cries
Do the right thing, surrender, surrender, surrender
You cannot hide; there is no place for you to wander
You are being mentally incarcerated
You are being psychologically castrated
By pulling the trigger, you opened the flood gate of hell
You killed one of our sons, you executed an angel
You murdered one of our little brothers, you will go to jail
It is a matter of time that you receive the summon in the mail
And then, it is up to you. The agents of God
Are on their way; they are coming to get you.
You have hurt a lot of people, made all of us mad and sad
You will pay for your crime; they are coming to get you
War is hell; you executed one of our precious children
That's a war that you started. Though my little brother is in heaven
You still have to pay for your evil deed, for your crime
Be ready, be prepared, you will be doing some hard time
You cannot hide; you cannot flee your demons
You cannot physically escape the pokémons.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

Conscience is instinct bred in the house,
Feeling and Thinking propagate the sin
By an unnatural breeding in and in.
I say, Turn it out doors,
Into the moors.
