Ring in the New Year, spread the cheer
Life is to live with bliss, sans fear
Happy was the Old Year, may be
Let New Year be happier, truly

Avoid the mistakes of the past
Make life on earth lesser aghast
There’s food enough for all right here
None should die by starving and tear

Usher New Year with new resolves
Mother Nature, her problems solves
Etch your feats like never before
Let bliss fill families and each door

Take those risks for things you just must
Reduce your vice, sins and your lust
Let love encompass pretty earth
Allow the unborn its due birth

Friendship and dialogs bring success
Do charity, share your excess
Let children live, learn play with fun
Let the culture be freed from the gun

Respect the aged, give them care;
Give them love, make lives more secure
With faith in self and hope in God,
You can build pleasanter new world.

Cleanse your soul and reset your goals
Afilled with passion, change your roles
Toll time’s gong for the needed change
Let not corruption lives derange

The New Year comes but welcome it
Keep your minds and hearts all fit
May peace on earth make inroads fast
Let light divine fill planet vast

Let right decisions set right, wrongs
Pray and sing more thanksgiving songs
Do give your mite with all your might
Help make the New Year to shine bright

Let righteousness rule every heart
Make living worthy by craft, art
War, hatred can cause much ruin
Love, piety and peace do win

Each old year has evil and good
Forget the bad and boost your mood
Align with Mother Nature dear
Live wisely, toiling with God’s fear.
