Since happy colors ought to fly,
she chose three bright balloons:
mint and lemon and tulip-red,
her bedpost-stringed festoons.

As happy wings glowed in dreams
the balloons exhaled three ayes:
mint and lemon and tulip red
vaulting butterflies.

Brilliant and beautiful! To view life again with the eyes of a child, I guess as vapid as the helium in those balloons.
