To spark a new year ahead
Keeping promises new again
Making amends to the dead
To say you'll change for the better
And leave all the bad behind
Just to feel like you're new
And bury troubles in the back of your mind
So cherish what you have tonight
For this moment you may forever miss
Hold on tightly to your love
And dream of the midnight kiss
