Miracles I Miss Most Poem by Roderick Dwayne Gering

Miracles I Miss Most

We all wish for miracles

The thunderclap
Of a Savior's hand

For the sun
To break after
Days of flood

And the horns
To signal the end
Of a long, long war

I guess I miss most

The soft cries
Of a my 1st newborn

To remind me
How precious
Life really is
