Misery Poem by Raj Zafar

Misery

Rating: 5.0

There was a city beneath the sea,
it was a one with crowded streets
a one with people inspiring it
Writing and Singing
of vibrancy and inspiration
But respiration was dying
Parts were desecrating
And writing was turning decimating
The streets Instantly crushed by a work of nature
Maturity was gone and Immaturity was in
People began looting the streets
Finding nothing
Looking and Looking
But nobody came
The streets were now famed for misery
A racist man blamed for all this misery
People wondered why they elected this fascist
Racist
They then elected another man
A man of hopes
Who just gave more misery
To a people who were just sick of this failed Bureaucracy
