Mom Poem by joe foster

Mom

From the moment I met you,
you said you would never let me down.
you held me and said I love you,
taking away any fears,
when I got hurt,
you shed tears.
Teaching me to survive,
how to stay alive,
wishing the best for me.
you taught me about love,
with just a simple hug.
I learned how to grow,
and never putting on a show,
but always humble.
I'm grown now,
still looking up to you.
you made me the man I am today,
loving you,
each and every day.
thank you for everything.
Happy Mothers Day!
