I don't hate because one either loves or hates;
Full of love, so I go on smiling, laughing, kidding.
I rejoice even in sorrow for I know I am loved,
Not just by all my friends but by my Jesus,
Whom I always look back at to be sure I'm not careless
In being so childish, joking too much, loving too much;
For believe or not, I can easily fall for a wink or a touch,
For an invite to a cup of tea or coffee.
But wherever I go, my Jesus always reminds me to be love and humility
Regardless of human cruelty or lack of civility and charity.
My love for Him keeps me balanced and checked;
I never lose any respect for another fellow human being besides those who are cynical, mean, or full of hate;
Even them I don't consider them as my enemies but sorrowful people who need help.
Plunging myself into the convolutive society, I often step back to reflect
The day; whether or not, it has been well spent;
And I swallow all my pain, reminisce my treasured moments;
Then immerse myself in the Presence of my Lord to gain strength,
And give Him my meager consolation and adoration.
Being not far away from our abode or our home
Gives me a constant blessing to keep my spirit of love forever warm
In order for it to radiate out from Him, through me, to neighbors and friends, and the world.
