Mondays Poem by David Darbyshire

Mondays

Rating: 5.0

It's Monday Morning's I do 'Hate'
I always, always arrive to work Late
Nice would be if they deleted Monday's forever
That would be a dream come true and Clever

With Mondays gone
Weekends would be Long
Tuesday would be Fine
I'd get to work on Time

A Four day week
This is what I seek
With Three day's free
We could have a lot fun, you and me

I thought this poem was amusing in that it voices everyone's wish, but I don't know why there's an apostrophe in the title.
