    This is one of the most wonderful poems ever written. It's contrasting images and the emotional back-and-forth is really like life. It reminds me of the bit in 'Good Morning Viet Nam' in which 'What a Wonderful World' is playing over horrifying images of the war. Wish I could've known Mr. Hayden. (Report) Reply
