Moonlight Rain Poem by Micron

Moonlight Rain

Rating: 5.0

Crystal clear water falls from the sky
Sent to us from heavens upon high
Crystal drops on leaves and every flower
In this gentle soft refreshing shower
Falling water sent from above with love
Pure caressing as white feathers from a dove
These sparkling jewels from cotton cloud
Sweetly drip and dropp into dark brown earth
Wet and soggy landing on ground and turf
Sloppy and goopy in the ground they disappear
Drip, drop, drip, dropp resounds in my ear
As dust is transformed to sticky soggy mud
And sweetly refreshing the air as it should
Bringing life to flowers around for us to share
While forming silvery glistening puddles everywhere
Splish splash reverbs around its very own tune
As it sparkles glistens silvery in light of the moon
