More Haiku Poem by Birgitta Abimbola Heikka

More Haiku

Sliding from the hills,
a peripatetic path she
follows to the sea.

Dazzling in the sun
of brightness that blinds the
eyes looking too deep.

Eyes bedecked with grime
the north easterly wind, its
fury unleashing.

Haiku on Idumota Lagoon (in Lagos, Nigeria) , Harmattan wind, and Niger river.
