More Than Anything Poem by jan ejsymontt

More Than Anything

Looking for dolphins out in the blue
Searching the pebbles for funny faces
Dent in my cheek from hugging my tree
These are the things I love.

I know again her flashing eyes and
More than Anything
I want right now to dance in the rain
With Grace.

Candescent music on the wind
Eating sardines and French fries
Chinking glasses with friends
These are the things I love

I know again her beaming smile and
More than Anything
I want right now to dance in the rain
With Grace.

Making cappuccino moustaches
Croissant marmalade on my chin
Purple paint on my shirt
These are the things I love

I know again she is my shooting star
More than Anything
I want right now to dance in the rain
With Grace
