More Than Ever Poem by j.c. monterrosa

More Than Ever

Rating: 5.0

More Than Ever

feelings cold, dark and dreary
worlds without some meaning
turning corners just to find
there's no one close to me...
hands outstretched to try to grasp you
arms so sadly aching
wishing you were here beside me,
now I need you more than ever...

winding roads don't run eternal
every street end leads to somewhere
give me guidance, let me find you,
point me to your beacon lights...
running blindly, seldom thinking,
wondering which road is the one to choose,
every action suffocates me,
now I need you more than ever...
