Mother Poem by brookiiee davies

Mother

Rating: 5.0

you showed me loved
guided me threw
you made me proud
did what a great mother would do

words i wish i could repeat
are words filled with lies
for you did not hold me
for you were all for goodbyes

the days i needed my mummy
you were no where to be seen
you had better things to do
did you not see me drowing

i still look at you this day
did you ever really care
was i just a object
you knew you had to bare

i guess im a solider now
i can march threw alone
iv done it to this day
without a broken bone

i can say im stronger now
without you i have lived
i learnt this life on my own
just your love you could of gived

you broke my heart many times
i just wanted a piece of your time
but maybe i ment nothing to you
you commited the perfect crime

i love you mum
