Mother Nature Poem by Milica Franchi De Luri

Mother Nature

Rating: 5.0

I am a child of Mother Nature.
I live of hers abundant provisions
in a warm sonny days..........
filed with gentle summer breezes,
bright yellow sunrises,
and gold and copper painted sunsets
slowly disappearing behind the distant landscape,
transforming into darkness.
An awesome umbrella,
covering the vast land,
decorated with flickering rubies and diamonds
promising another great day tomorrow.

I like the way you describe nature in this poem, it makes me want to take a walk outside :) thankyou for you comment on my poem 'My Father'. As for the bit about the turnip, it's a family joke. maybe i shouldn't have put it on there, but it doesn't really matter that much.
