Mother's Day Poem Poem by ENOCH JOHN

Mother's Day Poem

Oh Mother!
You have been so brave.
Oh Mother!
You have stood the test of time.
For from my youth I have memories of you;
Your strong hands that kneaded the dough
To feed and nurture your hungry little ones,

And your swift feet that carried you about.
Oh Mama! What an exemplary life!
Full of virtue and patience and
Never a murmur as you busied yourself about;
Oh Mama! You were that woman,
That Solomon wrote about!

Good piece. Oh mother, one day shall you nestle in my care as you have allowed me in my days, tender days
