There will be a time when the sun won't rise.
There will be a time when the stars won't shine.
There will be a time when Mr. Oblivion comes.

There will be a time when Mr. Oblivion rises-
when the sun should have.
There will be a time when Mr. Oblivion shines-
when the stars should have.
There will be a time when Mr. Oblivion comes.

So here I thank you all,
For the life you have given me
For when Mr. Oblivion comes,
I know you'll be at home with me.
