Murder The Night Poem by hamish milantano

Murder The Night

I would kill the stars
The moon
Set fireto the cars
Dry the lagoons
Set this planet on fire
All for your desire
I would give my heart
And soul
To see your smile
Could you believe me
When i say
Your everything i admire to be
I wake to see you everyday
The light that floods the streets
Leaks thoughts of you and i
I crave the sound of your heart beat
When we part i try not cry
I stare at the sky
Praying to see you again
As time goes by
I hope this feeling never ends

Cool poem. I have a poem with a similar title 'Murder at Six' but there was nothing romantic about mine. I like the rhyme and rhythm on this one. Short and concise.
